First, a white opaline cloud is sculpted and put on hold at about 1000 degrees. Then the cup is made, the stem is made, and the foot is dropped onto the stem, and opened. Finally, the whole cup is assembled, and left to slowly cool at 900 degrees for about 12 hours.
